Machine Operator-Production role at Westlake. Starting Pay: $21.49 - $24.32 based on experience. Skill Based Learning - Earn up to $27.45/Hr. within first year. Work 2/2/3 Rotation, 12 hr shifts – you work 50% of the year.

Responsibilities
- Operate automated extrusion lines, load gaskets, and package end products for shipment
- visually inspect product for quality assurance
- Measure and record pipe dimensions as required and take action according to SPC charting
- Control dimensions to maintain pipe specifications with supervision
- Operate equipment and forklifts to move bundled pipe between areas
- Assist in production line start-up activities and changeovers
- Maintain a high personal and workplace safety standard
- Use hand tools to cut and band scrap as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment; report equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns
- Work both independently and in a team; collaborate with others as needed
Education, Experience and Qualifications
- HSED Diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required
Physical Demands
Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Visual acuity and ability to distinguish colors. All other physical requirements as described by typical production roles.
Work Environment
