Aether Biomedical is seeking a Machine Learning Specialist to join our Data Science team. You will work on AI-driven data and image analysis solutions for retail and restaurant sectors, designing, implementing and enhancing BI systems used worldwide.

The role requires strong Python, ML and MLOps skills, production LLM/LMM experience, and ability to collaborate in an international team. Remote or hybrid work with an office in Gliwice is available.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years in commercial ML project development including deployment and maintenance.
• At least 1 year developing production LLM-based systems (Ollama, OpenAI, Google AI).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices.
• Advanced Python with Pandas, sklearn, NumPy; experience with Snowflake Cortex, Langfuse, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, GitHub.
• English proficiency for daily international teamwork.

We are looking for a Machine Learning Specialist to join our Data Science team developing innovative AI-driven solutions in the field of data and image analysis for retail and restaurant industry. Our perfect candidate possess strong technical proficiency, paired with creativity and intellectual curiosity. This individual will actively participate in the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of business intelligence systems that support our customers in real-life industry environments worldwide.

Requirements:

• Higher education in IT, mathematics, or engineering
• 5y+ experience in commercial project development with machine learning techniques, including experimentation, production deployment, and maintenance
• 1y+ experience in developing and maintaining production Large Language Models - based systems (Ollama, OpenAI, Google AI )
• Knowledge of MLOps practices
• Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, sklearn, Numpy, Pydantic, LangChain, LangGraph), with experience in Snowflake (Cortex), Langfuse, and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
• English language proficiency sufficient for daily communication within an international team

Responsibilities:
