TEKsystems is seeking an Office 365 engineer/admin to oversee a major workload including Microsoft Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and related apps. You will manage IT systems, design solutions, and lead projects in a hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates have strong administration of Exchange/SharePoint/Teams, solid Office 365 security knowledge (MFA, Defender), and experience with Teams calling as a built-in voice system for business communications.

Description

• M365 engineer/admin to oversee a major workload such as microsft teams, exchange, sharepoint, and other apps.
• Manage IT Systems: Manage and maintain complex IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
• Collaborate With Cross-Functional Leaders: Collaborate with leaders from other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Design and Implement IT Solutions: Design and implement IT solutions to meet business requirements and enhance efficiency.
• Lead IT Projects: Lead and manage IT projects, overseeing all aspects from planning to implementation.
• Provide Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other IT team members.
• Conduct System Audits: Conduct system audits to assess compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
• Stay Abreast of IT Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
