Based in Hamburg, we are looking for a:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements & Solution Design: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored applications using Power Apps and the broader M365 toolset.
2. Power Apps Development: Build low-code apps to automate and optimize business workflows. Integrate with tools like Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Teams.
3. Process Automation: Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and connect Microsoft tools with external systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) to improve efficiency. Manage Azure AD for authentication and access control. Use Azure Functions or Logic Apps for advanced business logic and integrations.
4. Data & Insights: Create Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decisions. Ensure solutions comply with security and governance standards.
5. User Support & Enablement: Train users on Power Apps and M365 tools, and provide responsive technical support for application issues.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2. Proficient in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
3. Familiar with Azure services (e.g., Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
4. Understanding of REST APIs and connectors for third-party integrations.
5. Familiarity with Office script, Power Fx or similar low-code programming languages.
6. Proficiency in English and German (both written and spoken) to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
