The key purpose of the job is to ensure maximum utilization of our vessels by proactively coordinating with headquarters, regional, and local teams based across Europe.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Vessel capacity control based on agent allocation assignments and empty repositioning
• Partner management based on schedules and actions under consideration of agreements
• Transshipment management based on fastest routes in coordination with local agents
• Focal point of Marketing/Commercial Teams, Equipment Teams, Local Agents and Headquarter Teams
• Prepare reports and statistics (weekly, monthly, on-spot / requirement)

Qualifications

What you need:

• Experience in International Trade, Transport or Logistics
• Ideally a first professional experience in shipping or logistics sector
• Good communication skills in English (both writing and speaking)
• Good command of IT tools, especially Excel, Power BI, Power Automate
• Vessel stowage skills would be beneficial
