For our team in Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a M365 Collaboration Consultant (m/w/d).

Responsibilities

• Support our enterprise clients in implementing our products on M365, Teams, Exchange Online, and in ongoing operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone or ticket system from 1st level support.
• Assist with cloud migration and Microsoft 365 projects.
• Support the development team in deploying hotfixes, patches, and upgrades for BCC products.
• Contribute to creating FAQs, documentation, and manuals.

Qualifications

• Completed IT degree with at least 2-3 years of professional experience or a comparable qualification with 4-5 years of experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in system administration, especially server and client OS (Windows, Linux, AIX), networks, firewalls, and SMTP.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
• Knowledge of PowerShell or similar scripting languages is advantageous.
• Independent working style and good communication skills.
• Excellent German and good English language skills.
