Zusammenfassung

Carlsquare is hiring for its Hamburg team from April 2027 to June 2027. The role involves creating presentations, teasers and investment memos, researching companies and markets, and providing financial analyses and valuations.

You will work closely with a partner-led team on cross-border deals across Europe and North America. The ideal candidate has an excellent undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or related fields, strong accounting/valuation knowledge and advanced Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifikationen

• Excellent undergraduate degree with a focus in finance, accounting or a similar quantitative discipline and relevant completed internships.
• Deep knowledge of accounting and company valuation (corporate finance/M&A).
• Outstanding analytical, conceptual and communication skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident handling of Excel and PowerPoint and preferably German skills.
