Carlsquare in Frankfurt is seeking a driven undergraduate student for a 3-month internship from April to June 2027. You will support deal research, prepare presentations, teasers, investment memos and studies, and help evaluate markets and potential investors across Europe and North America.

The role offers exposure to corporate finance, M&A and valuation analysis, with mentoring and opportunities to develop advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills in a fast-paced team.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent undergraduate degree focus in finance, accounting or quantitative discipline
• Deep knowledge of accounting and company valuation (corporate finance/M&A)
• Outstanding analytical, conceptual and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident handling of Excel and PowerPoint; German skills preferred
