Zusammenfassung

Carlsquare in Berlin invites you to join our team for a structured internship from April 2027 to June 2027. You will support the creation of presentations, teasers and investment memos while researching companies, markets and potential investors across Europe and North America.

You will evaluate drivers in core sectors, perform financial analyses and company valuations, and gain exposure to corporate finance/M&A processes under a coach.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or a quantitative discipline.
• Deep knowledge of accounting and company valuation (corporate finance/M&A).
• Outstanding analytical, conceptual and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Confident handling of Excel and PowerPoint; German skills preferred.
