3NRG GmbH mit Sitz in Burkau (Sachsen) sucht eine erfahrene Fach- oder Führungsposition in Lagerlogistik und Produktion. Sie verantworten die operative Logistik, Produktionsprozesse und führen ein Team durch Veränderungen, um Kosten zu senken und Abläufe zu optimieren.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und dem Handling palletierter Güter mit. Ein solides Verständnis von Arbeitssicherheit und Prozessoptimierung rundet das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium in Logistik, Spedition, Lagerwirtschaft, Produktion oder Vergleichbares.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Lagerlogistik und/oder Produktion.
• Führungserfahrung in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit palletierten Gütern und Industriefahrzeugen.
• Technisches Verständnis von Produktions- und Verpackungsanlagen.
• Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Durchsetzungsstärke mit Hands-on-Mentalität.
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und Bestandsführungssystemen.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit und Lagerorganisation.

Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für operatives Lager- und Versandlogistik-Management.
• Steuerung und Optimierung aller Wareneingänge bis Versand.
• Organisation der Lagerung palletierter Waren und Rohstoffe.
• Sicherstellung termingerechter Kommissionierung und Auslieferung.
• Bestandskontrollen und Inventurmanagement.
• Optimierung von Lagerfläche, Durchlaufzeiten und Prozessen.
• Koordination externer Spediteure und Transportdienstleister.
• Sicherstellung von Sicherheit, Qualität und Umweltstandards.

What you can expect.

Your Responsibilities.

Logistics & Warehouse Management

• Overall responsibility for operational warehouse and shipping logistics
• Management and optimization of all goods flows from incoming goods to outgoing shipments
• Organization of the storage of palletized goods and raw materials
• Ensuring on-time order picking and delivery
• Responsibility for stock controls and inventory management
• Optimization of warehouse space, handling times, and processes
• Coordination of external freight forwarders and transport service providers
• Monitoring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Production Responsibility

• Planning, management, and monitoring of production and packaging processes
• Responsibility for production staff
• Ensuring cost-effective and efficient production operations
• Monitoring of machinery, packaging equipment, and technical processes
• Organization of maintenance activities and coordination with technical service providers
• Ensuring product quality and compliance with internal standards
• Participation in process improvement and automation projects

Leadership & Organization

• Technical and disciplinary management of the warehouse and production team
• Workforce planning and employee development
• Implementation and monitoring of work instructions and process standards
• Close collaboration with purchasing, sales, and management
• Preparation of KPIs, reports, and analyses

Your Qualifications.

• Completed vocational training or degree in logistics, freight forwarding, warehouse management, production, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics and/or production
• Leadership experience in a medium-sized company is an advantage
• Experience handling palletized goods and industrial trucks/forklifts
• Technical understanding of production and packaging equipment
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness combined with a hands-on mentality
• Proficient in using ERP and inventory management systems
• Good knowledge of occupational safety and warehouse organizada
