Job summary

Top Aces is seeking a Logistics and Material Coordinator for our Wittmund location. You will handle shipping, receiving and storage of aircraft parts, maintain ERP data, and ensure compliance with shipping regulations while coordinating with our Canadian team in English.

The role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and proficiency with AMS and RAMCO. A Class B driving license is mandatory; forklift and dangerous goods training are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent communication in German and English (oral and written).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and be service-oriented.
• Experience with ERP systems AMS and RAMCO.

Responsibilities

• Ship, receive and store goods and aircraft parts.
• Record and manage inventory in the system.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.
• Conduct inventories and inventory controls.
• Maintain data in aircraft-management systems (RAMCO, AMS).
• Create shipping and export documents.
• Perform general logistics and warehousing tasks.
• Coordinate with the Canadian location in English.

Your Responsibilities

• Shipping, receiving, and storage of goods and aircraft parts
• Inspection, recording, and management of inventory in the system
• Compliance with national and international shipping regulations
• Conducting inventories and inventory controls
• Maintaining data in aircraft-specific management systems (e.g., RAMCO, AMS)
• Creation of shipping and export documents
• General logistics and warehousing activities
• Regular exchange with the Canadian location in English

Your Profile

• Good oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Strong organizational talent paired with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and be service-oriented
• Good knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., AMS, RAMCO)
• Valid Class B driver's license mandatory, forklift license is an advantage
• Dangerous goods training is an advantage
