What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinating and delivering HR services across the country, supporting day-to-day HR matters and operational processes.
• Advising HR Partners and managers on local employment law and compliance topics.
• Managing employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes, with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborating with HR Shared Services on payroll, contracts, and other core processes.
• Overseeing third-party providers (e.g., pension, benefits) and ensuring service quality.
• Leading onboarding and exit processes tailored to country-specific needs.
• Supporting international relocations and ensuring local compliance.
• Planning and delivering training on country-specific HR topics.
• Driving internal communication and HR policy implementation at the local level.
• Managing projects that enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

What You Need To Succeed

• Strong labor law expertise and thorough knowledge of local employment practices.
• A hands-on HR generalist background, ideally gained in an international, matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• A methodical, organized approach with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for teamwork.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience, with a people-centric focus.
• Confidence in using HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar) and Microsoft Office tools.
• A degree in personnel management or equivalent; professional HR qualifications are a plus.
