Tintschl Technik GmbH in Bavaria is seeking a Loads Engineer (m/f/d) to join the Flight Physics Centre of Competence. You will contribute to A/C loads assessments and certification documents across design stages from preliminary design to flight test and qualification.

Requirements include a degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering, 4 years of aerospace experience, Catia V5, Python, database systems and MS Office, and fluent German and English.

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as Loads Engineer (m/f/d).

The role operates in Loads Engineering in the Static Loads domain (Flight Physics).

Within the Flight Physics Centre of Competence the jobholder will have a unique opportunity to influence the future military A/C design, participating in all phases, from preliminary design up to flight test, certification and qualification. Loads is a fundamental domain in the modern aircraft design, having as stakeholders most of the aeronautical engineering technical areas.

The main tasks and responsibilities:

The jobholder works as a Loads Engineer (d/f/m) and the main tasks are:

• Contribute to complete A/C Loads assessments and computations, perform Loads assessments, contribute to the definition of structural design criteria and certification requirements, deliver Loads certification documents to authorities
• Evaluate in-service events related to overload / flight parameter exceedances
• Contribute to Loads Computation for Subcomponents like Landing Gear Doors, Antennas, Fins etc.
• Definition & review of Qualification & certification related documents, e.g. Request for Proposals (RfQ), Specifications, Test Reports (QTR), Declaration of Design and Performance (DDP)
• Qualification of equipment with respect to local acceleration for different programs
• Development of internal tools regarding Loads Computation.

Requirements:

• Education: degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4 years of professional experience in Aerospace Engineering.
• IT: Detailed knowledge of Catia V5, Python , Database systems, MS Office
• Languages: German and English fluent
