Job summary

Welevel in Munich is seeking a LLM Game Designer to shape how NPCs think, talk, and behave. Your core craft is prompting, writing, structuring, and iterating on prompts that drive personalities, dialogue, and decisions.

You will design and refine AI-driven systems for NPC dialogue, reactions, and decisions, and build distinct character personalities with consistent voice across interactions. Relocation assistance and a central Munich location accompany a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional game design experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of major LLM models.
• Strong prompt design and iteration skills.
• Experience designing character, dialogue, or story systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany.
• Valid EU work authorization.

Responsibilities
