Allianz SE has an in-house recruitment team that sources great candidates directly. Therefore, Allianz SE does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies or search firm recruiters.

When we do work with recruitment agencies, that engagement is formalized by a contract. Fees will only be paid when there is a contract in place. Without a contract in place, we will not accept invoices on unsolicited resumes, even if the candidate was ultimately employed by Allianz.

Who will you join?

GCL (Group Center of Competence Life) drives the Life business within the Allianz Group through a combination of strategy development and hands‑on business initiatives. LIT (Life Internationalization team) is one out of five units in GCL, focusing on

• a group-wide program to further develop our unit-linked business in terms of volume (assets under management) and the share of wallet of the assets managers belonging to the Group
• productivity levers in Life (in collaboration with H4/Az Tech), e.g. by digital customer journeys and a Life IT strategy which reflects the needs of the respective business models
• influence distribution and incentive patterns to help achieve our strategic ambitions in Life
• sustainability-related topics which are specific to Life business

How can you make an impact?

• Drive the successful (co-)development, improvement and implementation of new concepts and solutions together with the relevant stakeholders all over the Group
• Participate in research and fact finding as a solid fundament for the elements of our strategy, challenging the status quo and working closely with other GCL teams and a variety of stakeholders in planning, structuring and steering projects and initiatives
• Prepare presentations, status reports and business reviews
• Prepare and facilitate business network and community meetings, including documentation and follow-up

What are you made of?

• University degree in mathematics, business studies/economics, finance or related subjects
• Professional experience in an operational Life or related entity, thereof at least two years in an Allianz OE
• Solid knowledge and experience in preferably two of the following areas: Life Products/Actuarial, investment or asset management, Sales & Distribution, Finance, IT/Operations
• Passion for numbers, in combination with smart communication of complex topics to a broader audience
• Fluent in English and at least one other business language of relevance in the Group
• Project management capabilities and ability to independently manage communities
• Entrepreneurial, resilient mindset, collaborative and enthusiastic
• Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
• Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solution
