Telecare is seeking a Clinician Unlicensed to provide mental health support to clients and families. The role involves coordinating services with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring continuity of care across programs, and supporting clients in a busy recovery setting.
The position requires a Master’s in Social Sciences, CA BBS registration (ASW/AMFT/APCC), and at least one year of direct service experience. On-site work in the Telecare program with a Tue–Sat schedule.

What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Clinician Unlicensed provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as, the Conservator’s Office, Public Guardian’s Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers.
Shifts Available:
Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Expected starting wage range is $80,030.95 - $88,447.23.
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Residents have previously been diagnosed with serious mental illness, and may have a co-occurring substance use disorder.
