Responsibilities

• Lead the controlling team
• Take responsibility for investment & project controlling as well as strategic controlling
• Create business cases, budgets and forecast analyses
• Define, maintain and analyse KPIs
• Advise management on strategic and operational levels
• Build an integrated control model
• Conduct process optimisations and drive digital transformation through e.g. AI

Profile

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a comparable role within an internationally operating company
• Leadership experience in interdisciplinary, international teams and projects
• Fundamental knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strategic thinking combined with analytical strength and a hands‑on mentality
• Strong communication skills, team orientation and a structured working style
• Very good German and good English in spoken and written form
