About the role

In this central role you lead demanding projects, guide an engaged team and ensure the achievement of objectives in quality, time and cost.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in project matters to clients.
• Coordinate, moderate and lead all internal project stakeholders.
• Ensure project objectives in quality, schedule and cost from assignment to handover.
• Develop alternatives when target deviations arise.
• Co‑design process improvements across the entire value chain.
• Lead, train and instruct team members in project management.
• Plan and implement budgeting for staff, processes and systems.
• Execute the project according to the project management plan.
• Provide regular project control and report to senior management.
• Align with customers and translate requirements into internal actions.
• Feasibility of goals with internal and external partners.
• Conduct workshops.
• Support sales and commercial management with offers, contract and risk management.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering or business administration (FH or university).
• Multi‑year experience in project management or comparable position.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong customer orientation.
• Persuasive negotiation and sales competence.
• Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence and teamwork.
• Flexibility and travel readiness.
• Very good English; additional foreign languages an advantage.
• Secure use of MS Office and MS Project, ideally with experience in an ERP system.
