Raildox GmbH, based in Erfurt, is seeking a Head of Control Center (m/f/d) to lead the 24/7 dispatch operations for rail freight transport. You will oversee the dispatch team, coordinate operational train services, and make decisive decisions during disruptions to ensure reliable service.

The role requires several years in logistics with 3–5 years of management experience, strong railway operations knowledge, and a structured, proactive leadership approach.
