Gabler & Hendel Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB in Regensburg invites a legal trainee to join our practice. From day one you will be introduced to the practice of legal work and work on demanding mandates under the guidance of mentors.

You will support lawyers in IT law and data protection matters, with a training period after which you will handle mandates independently and receive debriefing.

Qualifikationen

• Interested in business law and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Knowledge in IT law and data protection law.
• Very good language skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Support our lawyers in processing mandates in IT law and data protection law.
• Be introduced to the mandate from the beginning and supervised by mentors.
• After a training period, independently work on mandates with debriefing.

Our law firm is active worldwide in the areas of IT and commercial law. We also cover the areas of employment law, rental and construction law, travel law and criminal law.

From the beginning you will be introduced to the practice of legal work. We will not engage you in endless research or hide from our clients, but will allow you to work on demanding and exciting mandates under the guidance of your mentors.

We represent many companies in the field of data protection and IT law. We advise our clients on complex issues such as software development contracts, NDAs, copyright and more. To support our lawyers, we are looking for a legal trainee (m / f / d) for one of our locations in Regensburg with ambitions to also think in exotic areas of law such as IT law.

• They support our lawyers in the processing of mandates in the field of IT law and data protection law.
• You will be introduced to the mandate from the beginning and supervised by your mentors.
• After a training period of a few weeks, you independently work on mandates with respective debriefing.

Your profile

• You are interested in business law and entrepreneurial ways of thinking.
• You already have knowledge in IT law and data protection law.
• They have very good language skills in English.

For the legal clerkship you have a variety of working time models. Together we arrange your working hours so that they can be reconciled with the legal clerkship. It is also possible to edit files in the home office.
