Zusammenfassung

Freudenberg Group is offering a on-site trainee lawyer position in the corporate legal department for 3 to 6 months. You will assist in general business, contract, and corporate law, preparing opinions and participating in client negotiations.

Applicants should have a main focus in commercial law, pass the first state exam with at least a satisfactory grade, and demonstrate very good English language skills. A 4-day-a-week cooperation is typically expected.

Qualifikationen

• We offer a training position to interested trainee lawyers (Referendare) in the Corporate Legal Department during their internship period, (from 3 to 6 months)
• You will support the in-house lawyers by actively working in the areas of general business law, contract law and corporate law
• You will prepare expert opinions and statements on your own responsibility
• You participate in negotiations with clients and business partners
• Please indicate the period in which you would like to complete the traineeship

Qualifications

• Your main field of study or interest in the area of commercial law
• Completed first German state examination, at least with the grade \"satisfactory\" (befriedigend)
• Very good knowledge of English (preferably gained abroad)
• Cooperation on (usually) 4 days a week
• Good understanding of economic and legal contexts
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Sociability, commitment and independence
