Job summary

Vsquared is seeking a qualified in-house lawyer to draft, review and negotiate contracts across customers, suppliers and partners. You will support business units on day-to-day legal questions and develop practical solutions with them.

You will shape our compliance structures, draft internal policies and design legal processes, build and maintain our contract management system, and advise on employment law in collaboration with the People team.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in law, business law or a comparable qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience with contract and corporate law.
• Experience in contract negotiations is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment law, compliance and corporate law is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to colleagues without a legal background.
• Initiative, independence and responsible work style.
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.

• You have a completed degree in law, business law or a comparable qualification.
• You bring 3-5 years of relevant professional experience and practical knowledge of contract and corporate law, especially drafting and reviewing contracts. Experience in contract negotiations is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment law, compliance and corporate law is also a plus.
• You work pragmatically and solution-oriented, combining legal diligence with an understanding of operational requirements.
• You grasp complex legal matters quickly and can explain them clearly to colleagues without a legal background.
• You show initiative, work independently and act responsibly.

• You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
