About the Role

The In‑house Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support for the client's European operations, with a focus on contract law and commercial transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise on contract law, commercial law, and CISG matters for transactions.

• Collaborate with global legal teams and external counsel on cross‑border matters.

Candidate Profile
