• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and leases.
• Manage regulatory compliance for import/export, product labeling, advertising, data protection, employment law, and consumer protection; develop compliance programs.
• Oversee IP protection in Germany and negotiate IP licensing agreements.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government agencies, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Assist HQ legal team with M&A activities, auditor reviews, and corporate governance matters.
