Marks Sattin is partnering with a hypergrowth international business in Munich to hire an ambitious lawyer to join its legal team. You will provide commercially focused legal support across commercial law, corporate law and intellectual property matters, while supporting strategic projects and shaping contractual frameworks that enable business growth.

Qualifikationen

• Strong commercial contracting experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
• Fluent German and English.

• Provide pragmatic legal advice to business teams across a range of commercial matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including sales, marketing and cooperation agreements.
• Support corporate projects and cross-border initiatives.
• Advise on intellectual property matters.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Regulatory and R&D teams.
• Identify risks and deliver practical, business-focused solutions.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for ambitious lawyer to join the legal team of a hypergrowth international buisness. Working closely with the Head of Legal, you will provide commercially focused legal support across a broad range of business activities, partnering with teams across national and international markets.

This role offers the opportunity to advise stakeholders directly on a range of matters relating commercial law, corporate law and intellectual property matters, while supporting strategic projects and shaping contractual frameworks that enable business growth.

The role:
