MAM Gruppe is seeking a legal professional to join their global legal team in Frankfurt, Germany. You will handle diverse legal responsibilities including corporate law, compliance, and contract management. This is an opportunity to gain substantial responsibility from the beginning.

The role requires a qualification in commercial law and fluency in both English and German. Onsite commitment is three days a week with some flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in or alongside an industrial or international business.

Most in-house legal roles leave you siloed. You handle a narrow remit, escalates the complex stuff, and rarely see a deal through from start to finish. This one is different.

Opportunity

You’ll be joining a small global legal team at a well-established manufacturing business with a footprint spanning multiple continents and clients across construction, automotive, and aviation. That means genuine breadth: corporate law, contracts, compliance, M&A support, and insurance coordination – visible, trusted, and with real responsibility from day one.

What you’ll do

• Prepare corporate resolutions and manage compliance obligations for group companies in Germany and internationally
• Review confidentiality agreements and contribute to contracts, templates, and policies
• Organise and follow up notary appointments, director and supervisory board meetings
• Own the contract management system: deadline monitoring, renewals, terminations, and filing
• Support compliance management and investigations
• Coordinate external providers in the insurance space, with scope to develop this area further
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects, including M&A activity and corporate reorganisations

The role is three days per week onsite, with flexibility for the remainder.

What you’ll bring

• A qualification in commercial law, information law, or a related legal discipline (first state exam, bachelor’s, or master’s level), with relevant professional experience in a legal or compliance environment
• Experience working in or alongside an industrial or internationally operating business
• Fluent English and German, written and spoken
