Your Role

As Legal Counsel, you will be a trusted partner to management and project teams, ensuring that our growth is supported by solid legal foundations. You will focus on permitting and regulatory aspects of project development while also contributing to broader contractual and compliance matters. Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for all permitting and regulatory matters related to renewable energy projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including EPC, supply, and service agreements.
• Advise management on corporate, commercial, and compliance issues.
• Liaise with public authorities, landowners, and external legal counsel to secure project approvals.
• Monitor developments in energy and environmental law, adapting company practices accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with technical, project, and business development teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Contribute to risk assessment, contract management, and overall process improvement.

Your Profile

• Law degree and qualification to practice.
