POP MART seeks a senior Legal Counsel to lead and manage all legal affairs for its German operations, ensuring compliance with group standards while handling strategic German initiatives. Candidates should be able to independently manage complex projects, perform robust legal research, and coordinate with internal teams, HQ, and external stakeholders.

Qualified German lawyer with 5+ years of relevant experience; bar admission is advantageous, especially for in-house roles.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified German lawyer with First and Second State Examinations.
• Admisson to the German Bar is a significant advantage for in-house work.
• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a multinational.
• Retail sector experience is a plus and beneficial for Germany compliance.

The Legal Counsel role is a pivotal member of our legal team, responsible for comprehensively leading and managing all legal affairs for our German operations. This includes providing dedicated support for key strategic initiatives in Germany and championing Group-level compliance within the German entity.
