To support our team we are looking for an Learning & Development Coordinator (all genders) in Aschaffenburg.

Key Responsibilities
Needs Analysis & Program Design
  • Assess development needs across individuals, teams, and the organization
  • Design tailored learning solutions, including trainings, coaching, e-learning, and blended learning formats
  • Ability to design and deliver programs that resonate across diverse cultures within EMEA.
  • Develop and continuously refine competency models, learning paths, and development programs
Training Planning & Delivery
  • Organize and coordinate in-house and external training measures
  • Select, manage, and ensure quality of external training providers and coaches
  • Facilitate workshops, trainings, and moderation sessions as needed
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
  • Measure training effectiveness and impact (e.g., ROI, participant feedback)
  • Leverage data to enhance the learning portfolio and drive continuous improvement
  • Report key metrics and insights to HR leadership and senior management
Global Development Initiatives
  • Support the rollout and implementation of global development programs within EMEA
What We’re Looking For
  • Someone who is passionate about supporting and guiding people in their professional and personal development
  • Degree in Education, Psychology, Business/Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in Learning & Development across different organizational levels, ideally within an industrial or technology company
  • Experience in supporting organizational transformation and embedding learning initiatives during change processes
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering soft-skill trainings, leadership programs, and digital learning formats
  • Experience managing external providers, budgets, and projects
  • Strong instructional design skills, a people-focused mindset, and enthusiasm for innovative learning approaches
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
