Product Pulse is seeking a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer for the European space sector. You will drive structural verification of spacecraft hardware and lead a highly skilled engineering team in a hybrid Munich-based setting.

You will develop and validate FE models using FEMAP/NASTRAN, perform structural and thermal analyses, and ensure ESA/ECSS compliance while collaborating across systems, design and manufacturing.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' experience in structural analysis within the European space industry.
• Leadership experience managing engineering teams or technical work packages.
• Strong expertise in FEMAP, NASTRAN and finite element analysis.
• Experience analysing spacecraft or satellite hardware.
• Knowledge of ESA/ECSS standards.
• MSc or PhD in Structural, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.

Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing space company, is looking for a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer to drive the structural verification of spacecraft hardware while leading a highly skilled engineering team.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Structural Analysis Engineers


• Develop and validate complex finite element models for space hardware


• Perform structural and thermal analyses using FEMAP/NASTRAN


• Support launch, in-orbit and qualification load case analyses


• Collaborate with systems, design, manufacturing and customers


• Ensure compliance with ESA/ECSS structural verification standards


• Improve simulation workflows using Python, MATLAB or FORTRAN

What We're Looking For
