Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters, delegating tasks, providing technical guidance, and fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage carpentry projects from start to finish, including reading and interpreting blueprints, estimating materials, and ensuring on-schedule completion.
• Carpentry Expertise: Perform a wide range of advanced carpentry work, including rough framing, sheathing, drywall, trim, custom cabinetry, and formwork.
• Quality Control: Conduct detailed inspections to ensure work meets company standards and building codes.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on the job site, ensuring proper and safe use of tools and equipment.
• Training: Provide hands-on training and skill development for junior carpenters and apprentices.

Desired Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Meister certification or equivalent advanced carpentry certification highly desirable.
• Experience: 7–10 years of professional carpentry experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Physical Requirements
