The company

Bond Technology Management Ltd. is an international company specialized in providing consultancy, system design, project management and support services for audio-visual entertainment-, communications, IT and security systems on board private superyachts. The company was founded in 2006, and we currently have 40+ employees in the team. Bond TM has offices in Cyprus, Amsterdam, Monaco, Barcelona, Brisbane and Hamburg. Our activities include providing expert consultancy to yacht owners, developing system specifications, managing the construction process and providing after delivery support services.

As our client base is growing, we are looking for an organised team player with a technical understanding to support us full-time mainly out of our Hamburg office. We hire people with passion and team spirit. You bring the mindset; we have the tools!

Your Profile

• You have technical qualifications in the IT-, Audio-visual-, Broadcast-, Live-Event-, Electronics- or Electrical-Industries.
• You are an experienced installer of electronics systems.
• Advanced skills in cable termination, testing and certification.
• Advanced skills in rack building and installation.
• Good knowledge of audio and video signals.
• Good knowledge of IT networks.
• Good knowledge in electronics.
• You enjoy being the “Go-To” person and you have a talent for leading a team.
• You are passionate about technology and a natural problem solver.
• You like the idea of working with international colleagues from different technical backgrounds.
• You are a team player with the ability to work independently.
• You proactively share knowledge with colleagues, and you enjoy teaching others.
• You love to travel and meet people abroad (50% travel time).
• You possess an adequate level of English (German is not mandatory).
• You have a driving license, class B minimum.
• You have a working permit for the EU.
• Hands on installation and upgrade work for IT and Audio-visual systems on board.
• Hardware installation, cable termination, system troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.
• Assisting with basic software installation and commissioning tasks, supported by experts remotely.
• Assisting with the updating of technical drawings and documentation.
• Leading and organizing a team of installers on site.
• Coordinating third party works onsite.
• Closely cooperating with the project engineers and the project manager.
• Assisting with system handover, to the client.
