About the role

This position is for a motivated professional with a passion for technical excellence in refrigerant cycle control systems. As a Lead Engineer for Refrigerant Cycle Controls (m/w/d), you will be responsible for advanced modeling of refrigerant cycles, the development of advanced control algorithms, test and validation methods to optimize refrigerant cycle functions and software.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures that systems run according to necessary specifications on small to medium platforms/projects/systems.
  • Measures, analyzes and calibrates equipment and processes to ensure quality standard are met on small to medium platforms/projects/systems.
  • Confirms operations according to necessary regulations to ensure production quality on small to medium platforms/projects/systems.
  • Documents test results and maintains records for later analysis.
  • Train & extend development and test methods in different control teams.
  • Coordinate pre-development activities and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience.
  • Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
  • A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
