Your mission

As a Backend Developer (m / f / d) with a passion for cloud operations, you help ensure our developers can build efficiently on a reliable, secure, and high-performing platform. You bring strong backend development experience and take ownership of the cloud-side operations that keep our services running smoothly.

• You own our AWS cloud platform and work hand in hand with developers and product to shape it into a secure, scalable, and cost-efficient foundation for Ocumeda’s growth
• You keep our TypeScript CDK Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) up to date to automate provisioning and deployments, ensuring reproducibility and speed
• You design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes and tests that guarantee high availability and reliability of our services
• You monitor platform performance, availability, and costs, making data-driven improvements for stability and efficiency
• You combine technical security ownership (IAM, networking, data protection) with strategic responsibility for making infrastructure decisions

Your profile

• … you have at least five years of TypeScript backend development experience and enjoy working close to cloud systems and DevOps topics.
• … you have at least two years of practical experience with AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (ideally with TypeScript CDK ).
