Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Chief Software Architect to oversee the ERP platform's architecture and drive technical strategy. You will lead a small team of 3–4 developers, implement robust CI/CD, automated testing, and QA practices, and work closely with executive management to shape the technical roadmap.

The role requires strong OO programming in .NET/C#, frontend experience with Angular and React, and solid DB experience with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of software development experience with 1–2 years in a leadership role with product responsibility
• Strong understanding of modern software architectures — from Clean Architecture to DDD
• Proficiency in object-oriented languages, ideally .NET/C#
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular and React
• Experience with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with using AI tools in day-to-day development
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly in German (C1) and English (B2)
