The DOUGLAS Group is seeking a senior leader to develop and evolve global Creative Store Design and Visual Merchandising strategies. You will translate brand identity into retail concepts, define global standards, and oversee VM implementation across international markets. This role emphasizes innovation, consistency, and scalable guidelines to deliver a premium customer experience across 1,970 stores and online channels.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Retail Design, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in Store Design, Visual Merchandising, or Retail Development, ideally international.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Design, Customer Experience, and Visual Merchandising.
• Experience developing and implementing standards, concepts, and guidelines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic, creative, and solution-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities.
