Dyson is seeking a Lead Commercial Finance Analyst to partner with our Marketing teams across the DACH region, owning the budget and ensuring accurate planning and control. The role focuses on building strong cross-functional partnerships, delivering ROI analyses, and driving data-driven decision making.

You will lead end-to-end budgeting, manage P&L integrity, and develop advanced analytics to guide strategic investments in marketing and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data into actions.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems (SAP, Power BI, or similar).
• Outstanding business partnering and communication skills; ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, Controlling or FP&A roles.
• Fluency in English.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience.

• Lead variance and performance analysis to generate insights, delivering clear recommendations while constructively challenging stakeholders to drive disciplined cost management and sustainable category growth.
• “Functional Management” of other team members on day-to-day operations.

About The Role

We are seeking a Lead Commercial Finance Analyst to partner with our Marketing Teams across DACH, with responsibility for managing the marketing budget.
This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate budget planning and control, while building strong business partnerships with the marketing teams.
