Overview
Lead Commercial Excellence Manager will be responsible for driving commercial and business excellence across the DACH region. The position is part of the regional leadership team and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.

Role Summary
The Lead Commercial Excellence Manager will be responsible for driving commercial and business excellence across the DACH region. This strategic role involves designing and implementing tools, processes, and initiatives that enhance sales performance and operational efficiency. The position is part of the regional leadership team and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional Commercial Excellence strategy aligned with global priorities.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to optimize Key Account Management (KAM) performance, customer segmentation, territory planning, and KPI tracking.
- Champion a culture of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and continuous improvement.
- Promote the adoption of CRM and analytics platforms (e.g., Veeva, Tableau) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Manage multiple projects independently and ensure timely delivery.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and maintain high standards of communication in both German and English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial roles within diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or biotech.
- Proven track record in implementing commercial excellence initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems (preferably Veeva).
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI.
