A leading mobility company in Berlin is seeking a Lead Business Development professional to drive partnerships and strategic growth. You will own the end-to-end execution of partnership initiatives in both German and English, managing multiple projects for commercial success. We’re seeking a hands‑on, execution‑oriented Lead Business Development to take full ownership of strategic partner growth at MILES, from identifying and qualifying new opportunities, through negotiating deals, launching pilots and scaling them into sustainable, commercially successful operations.
A core portfolio of partnership streams (Public‑Transport/MaaS platforms & Charging / Fueling / Parking + Hubs) is already in motion. Your mission is to prioritize the next wave of opportunities, lead the end‑to‑end rollout, build repeatable playbooks and turn pilots into scaled business units.
You bring a strong commercial mindset, experience with partner deals and negotiations in German and English, and the ability to orchestrate complex cross‑functional projects. You decide quickly, act with focus and discipline, and drive impact in a fast‑moving, dynamic startup environment.
You will lead high‑impact partnerships that expand the MILES ecosystem and create new ways for users to access and use our fleet - from integrating mobility platforms and public transport solutions, to developing collaborations around charging, fueling, parking and vehicle‑hub infrastructure.
Your focus: translate strategy into execution, steering projects from pilot to scale and ensuring commercial success and operational excellence.
