KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract ( LOGCAP ). Responsible for the development implementation and administration of human resources programs policies processes and procedures designed to attract retain and reward employees globally in alignment with overall business strategy. Under direct supervision performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Typically requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
