Salus Altmark Holding is seeking a dedicated Laundry/Housekeeping Attendant to process bed linens, terry and table linens using hotel-standard laundry and dry-cleaning equipment. The role includes cleaning, pressing, and finishing garments and guest room fabrics, plus delivering supplies to rooms and restocking closets.

The ideal candidate communicates well with guests and staff, is flexible for weekends and holidays, and adheres to safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to communicate with guests, management and co-workers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of laundry/dry cleaning equipment and chemical handling.
• Knowledge of finishing techniques for all types of fabrics.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as required to meet business needs.
• Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
• Observes all house and safety rules, housekeeping procedures, and security procedures.
• Cooperates with Managers and Supervisors to complete requests promptly.
• Uses correct cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
• Uses correct personal protective equipment as per hotel policies.
• Sorts, pretreats, washes, dries, irons, and folds linens.
• Inspects linens for tears and/or stains and rejects or reclaims them.
• Mends and sews linens.
• Fills banquet and restaurant linen requisitions.
• Delivers guest service supplies to guest rooms.
• Processes contract-cleaned linens.
• Restocks housekeeping closets and carts.
• Provides towel service to recreation areas.
