Main Responsibilities

• Build the initial delivery network: identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with local DSPs.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis on Germany's last-mile delivery landscape.
• Develop and propose a practical last-mile expansion strategy tailored to the German market.
• Recommend and support the setup of key operational sites (hubs, warehouse, line haul, etc.).
• Support recruitment of local operational personnel and supervisors.
• Provide ongoing consultation during the initial operational ramp-up phase.

Requirements

• A strong, existing network of parcel delivery fleets and companies is essential.
• Previous experience with courier companies in depot management or delivery partner management.
• Already has a shortlist of potential partners and an active network.
• Skilled in expanding and negotiating contracts with delivery service partners.
• Trusted by partners and able to build long-term cooperation.
• Capable of providing strategic suggestions to our business plan and onboarding the right partners accordingly.
