Scalable Capital is seeking experienced backend developers to join our brand new banking platform. You will build and evolve mission-critical services using Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot, in autonomous cross-functional teams.

You will design APIs, apply Domain-Driven Design, and operate cloud-native apps on AWS, with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and strong emphasis on quality, security, and reliability.

Competenze

• A university degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering, sciences, ...) or comparable qualification.
• Strong experience building backend services with Kotlin or Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design and translating complex business processes into software models.
• Experience designing and operating distributed, event-driven systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development on AWS, containerised/serverless workloads.
• Confidence with automated testing, CI/CD, infrastructure as code and production observability.
• Quality and security mindset with reliability and operational ownership.
• Interest in complex financial workflows and collaborative problem-solving.
