As a CACI Knowledge Manager, you will support the full range of support for the collection, validation, analysis, documentation, maintenance, and daily operation of a purpose-built enterprise for Knowledge Management and Lessons Learned. You will support the planning, designing and maintaining of Knowledge Management ,after-action review (AAR) sites, knowledge-centric feedback processes, and digital tools. They will facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to gather requirements, operational processes, and metric data for analysis and feasibility studies on command lessons learned (LL) projects and development. You will support in Knowledge Management , translating operational/user requirements into industry best practice processes. You will act as a SME and provide functional user training to improve shared understanding. You will provide process/Joint doctrine integration in the organization to enable visualization of trends and situational awareness. Additionally, you will serve as the lead in development, testing and/or implementation of new, or modernizing existing processes, procedures, and digital tools.
You will also support the following tasks:
Required:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Master’s degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience; OR 10 years of specialized experience.
Minimum of three years of experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real-time knowledge management systems.
Knowledge Management experience coordinating Data Warehousing, with an understanding of data Architecture
Expert/high competence in the use of Microsoft Office 365 (MS SharePoint)
Experience developing and maintaining custom workflows (MS Workflow)
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail.
Desired:
Experience supporting SOF, TSOCs, or Joint SOF organizations.
Must be able to work independently, with limited government oversight, and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
Capable of implementing Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for information extraction, summarization, and analysis.
Competency with Python, SQL, cloud-based platforms, and API integration to create, extract, and manipulate data from relational databases.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300 - 189,600 USD
