Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Germany is seeking a Key Lead to ensure quality in-store experiences. You will act as Floor Supervisor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance on the sales floor.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of retail experience preferred, CEFR B2 English & German, and strong communication and customer-focused skills. Availability includes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; full-time with 40 hours per week.

Job Description: The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Availability Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 25 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

What it Takes

• Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required
• Maintain a strong customer focus.

• Possess strong communication skills.

The full time starting rate for this position is €36,500.00 annually (i.e., the full time recruiting pay range for this position is €36,500.00– €36,500.00 annually). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future. For the avoidance of doubt, our current full time equivalent hours are 40 per week. This is a part time position of 20 or 25 hours per week.
