About the Role

As a Key Fleet Account Manager, you will take ownership of some of our most strategic fleet partner relationships across Germany. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence at scale, and acting as a trusted advisor to our delivery service partners. Your hands-on mentality and strategic thinking will play a key role in ensuring that our fleet partner network continues to grow efficiently and sustainably.

What the Candidate Will Do
  • Own Strategic Relationships: Develop and lead high-impact relationships with key fleet partners across Germany, ensuring their success and long-term engagement with the Uber platform.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Partner with fleet operators to solve complex problems, implement scalable solutions, and proactively drive improvements in logistics performance.
  • Strategic Account Management: Be accountable for delivery service partner outcomes, including service quality, reliability, and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, report, and act on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational efficiency and partner performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Ops Coordinators, Territory Leads, Central Ops, Legal, and other functions to align on strategy and execution.
What the Candidate Will Need
  • Fluent in both English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • 2-3 years of experience in management consulting/project management/operations in a top tier consultancy, tech company, large business, startup or similar organization
  • Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and manage high-value relationships at scale.
  • Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills with strong comfort using data for operational decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively across diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of data-driven decision-making and performance management.
Preferred Qualifications
Bonus Points If
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-impact accounts or operational networks across multiple geographies.
  • Experience with data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar for advanced performance tracking and insights.
  • Familiarity with logistics, last-mile delivery, or transportation networks is a strong plus.
