The Key Account Manager Germany will be managing the business for the defined customer group in Germany. Your main responsibility will be to optimize this region by unlocking growth perspective via new customer activation & expanding the full product portfolio via our partner wholesalers. At the same time, you will maintain our profitability levels handling the different market dynamics in this region. Growing customer reach digitally in geographical areas that cover the largest number of operators of Horeca & Bakery is also part of the focus. This position requires mature and experienced negotiation capabilities, customer focus and entrepreneurship. Main accountabilities are:

  • Manage top wholesalers & main A&B customers in Germany
  • Customer management with full P&L responsibility for defined customers
  • Full responsibility of annual negotiations for defined customers
  • Responsibility of volume development and execution in line with the FC-P strategy for defined customers
  • Developing measures to sustainably increase customer profitability and long-term customer loyalty
  • Development of customer strategies based on brand and channel strategies as well as customer-specific marketing concepts
  • Maintain Joint Business Planning at strategic distribution partners (wholesalers, Cash & Carry, local distributors)
  • Optimizing the speed, efficiency, and quality of all customer-related processes
  • Use of market and competition analyses to expand our own market position
  • Representation of FC-P at main events and fairs
