Your tasks
- Sales of the existing product portfolio and new product launches to doctors in private practice and specialist outpatient clinics in the area
- Achievement of sales targets such as market share, sales, coverage
- Regular analysis of the territory, customer and competitive environment
- Application of analytical tools such as performance reports, competitive analysis, targeting
- Establishing and expanding contacts with opinion leaders and key customers as well as developing new customers
- Monitoring the market environment and developing new strategies and marketing models
- Implementing marketing measures with the aim of increasing sales
- Close cooperation and coordination with other sales divisions, the back office and colleagues
- Preparation and implementation of regional events; participation in congresses
- Completion of administrative tasks such as documentation of doctor's visits, route planning, core target customer coverage
- Adherence to and implementation of all relevant compliance specifications / requirements
Your profile
- Completed scientific studies and / or scientific-pharmaceutical training or certified pharmaceutical representative according to § 75 AMG
- Ideally initial professional experience in the medical sales force
- Digital affinity - initial experience in multi‑channel management
- Ideally experience in the field of Cardiovascular, endocrinology, pain
- Ideally already good contacts with doctors in the area
- Initial experience in targeting, core target group management, territory analysis
- Ideally first documented sales successes
- Committed appearance, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and high level of commitment
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Good IT skills, MS Office and CRM systems
- Written and spoken German at least C1
