Our client is a Japanese manufacturer of electronics products. For their office in Munich, the company is currently looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities
  1. Support existing customers
  2. Acquire new customers
  3. Build strong and long-term customer relationships
  4. Negotiate prices and sales conditions with customers
  5. Prepare quotations
  6. Support product development from sample production to mass production
  7. Identify customer needs and determine specific solutions in technical meetings
  8. Handle complaints
  9. Collaborate closely with sales teams in Germany and Japan
  10. Conduct market analysis and research
  11. Plan and conduct customer visits in Europe
  12. Participate in trade fairs
  13. Provide forecast reports
Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; German language skills are advantageous
  • Completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales within the engineering industry
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license
  • Good technical understanding
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • High level of motivation and drive
