Proclinical is seeking a Key Account Manager to support the launch and market positioning of an oncology product. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with stakeholders involved in patient care, educating customers about the product, and addressing needs throughout the treatment adoption process. This is a customer-facing position critical to the success of the product's commercial launch.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate the clinical profile of approved oncology products, including pivotal trial data, to key stakeholders in oncology patient care.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans tailored to customer needs within the GIST marketplace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as market access and medical teams, to provide comprehensive solutions for customers.
  • Build expertise in GIST disease state knowledge, clinical acumen, product details, competitive intelligence, and local market dynamics.
  • Create and implement regional strategic plans with clear goals and timelines, using analytics to track progress and adjust as needed.
  • Utilize data and sound judgment to adapt strategies to evolving market conditions and business dynamics.
  • Identify customer needs and coordinate resources to address them effectively.
  • Provide feedback to improve tools, resources, and processes for field success.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend organizational improvements to enhance performance and patient services.
  • Optimize customer targeting and call plans in collaboration with commercial operations.
  • Use CRM tools strategically to assess customer status and advance sales plans.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including compliance and reporting requirements.
